The Ipswich SHS Bring Your Own Device (BYOx) program will commence in January 2021 and helps ensure that the Ipswich SHS is able to provide learning opportunities anywhere, anytime, which will prepare students with career and life skills for their future.
BYOx will launch for all students in Year 10 from Day 1, Term 1 2021. Year 10 students will require a device to be engaged in their timetabled classes.Students in other year levels may choose to bring a device for learning at any time, but it must meet the designated specifications.The BYOx program will continue to ensure that your child and the Ipswich State High School is:
It is anticipated that the device will have a three (3) year life at school and as such will continue to be a vital tool in your student's learning continuing in Year 11 and Year 12.
