Volleyball is our era is one of the most participated sports in Australia with Queensland being the biggest contributor with the highest growth over the past 5 years. With a higher demand on schools to participate at the top level in relevant competitions, we cannot forget the potential of the sport in regards to life-long learning.

The Ipswich Volleyball Program is designed to provide life-long learning through sport involvement with a substantial focus on the respectful and disciplined minds of Gardiner’s five minds.

The Volleyball Development Program is an opportunity for students to acquire knowledge about the game of Volleyball, while obtaining valuable skills and qualifications. In Year 7 & 8, the IVP allows students to gain extra practice in Volleyball, as well as becoming proficient in officiating, tactics and general game knowledge in their ‘Volleyball Flavoured’ Literacy Numeracy theory program. This program is currently not running in 2018.
