Enrolling at our school

​Enrolment Process

 To assist with enrolments at The Ipswich State High School, the following 3 step process needs to be completed prior to an enrolment interview. 

​1. Download, fill in and save the application for student enrolment form (PDF, 8141KB)
​2. Email the completed form to
​3. ​Book an appointment time with the enrolment officer on 07 3813 4461 to complete the enrolment process.

What to bring to enrolment interview

1.The enrolling student
3.Birth certificate
4.Student’s latest school report
5.Any legal documentation required
6.Proof of residency. Lease agreement, rates notice, or utility bill
7.Student resource fees for 2017 will be $250.  To confirm your enrolment finance will be accepting either; the yearly fee of $250 or Term 1 fee of $85. You will also have the opportunity to sign up for a Centrepay deduction if required.

Student Resource Scheme

Each year, students are required to complete a student resource scheme form. Follow the 2 steps below to complete this form.
