The Year 11 Hospitality class controls ‘The Break’, a café style place for our students to relax. They are gaining a Certificate I & II in Hospitality and a Certificate I in Kitchen Operations. It gives them real life experience in the hospitality industry. The competencies include: non-alcoholic beverages, sandwiches, customer service, hygiene and workplace health and safety.
